    Zeesan Curd is a confectionery mixture for stabilizing and flavoring whipped cream with a distinct curd taste.

    Zeesan Curd is suitable for preparing light, airy fillings for cakes, slices, or desserts. When prepared correctly, the cream has a firm yet delicate structure that holds its shape well and remains stable even when chilled for a longer time.

    Instructions:

    The mixture is used to prepare curd cream as follows:

    Recommended ratio:

    100 g of Zeesan

    200 g of water

    200 g of whipped cream

    Instructions for use:

    Mix Zeesan with water and stir well.

    Add the pre-whipped cream to the mixture.

    Let the finished cream sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

    Storage:

    Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the zip bag tightly.
