The mixture is used to prepare curd cream as follows:
Recommended ratio:
100 g of Zeesan
200 g of water
200 g of whipped cream
Mix Zeesan with water and stir well.
Add the pre-whipped cream to the mixture.
Let the finished cream sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, reseal the zip bag tightly.
