      Lilly - strawberry - whipped cream stabilizer - 250g

      A powdered mix from Irca company for preparing cold process creams. Suitable for: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Lilly strawberry 250g, water or milk 200g + 1l of chilled cream.

      Usage: Mix the powder with water or milk and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.

                    Pour it into suitable molds and let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or in the freezer for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used for making ice cream.
