For delivery to Slovakia, we use courier services of DPD or Zásilkovna. The shipment can also be sent cash on delivery in EUR.

For shipment dispatch, we use the services of several renowned carriers:

1. DPD Group

Courier

The courier service DPD offers delivery of the shipment, which can take from one to three working days.

  • Cash on delivery is possible, even cashless, using a payment card.

  • You can redirect the shipment to a DPD pick-up point of your choice if the delivery does not suit you.

2. Zásilkovna - Pickup Points and Z-BOXes

Zásilkovna

Zásilkovna has an extensive network of pick-up points not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia. The service is constantly expanding, so you can easily find a pick-up point near you.

How to pay with us?

We offer three secure payment methods, all ensuring 100% protection of your transaction.

1. Cash on delivery

If you choose to pay cash on delivery, you will pay only upon receipt of the shipment from the DPD courier or when picking up the package at the Zásilkovna collection point.

Cash on delivery is a paid service that the carrier charges for collecting payment from you for the order.

2. Card payment online

Secure card payment, where you will be redirected to the payment gateway. After completing the payment, we will promptly send you the package.

This payment is the most secure of all, as you can dispute it with your bank. Recommended!

3. Bank transfer

A fast payment method, where you make a direct payment to our bank account. The system will automatically assign the payment to your order, and we will then ship the goods to you.

Thanks to "instant" transfers today, it is as fast as card payment.
