      Lilly - Hazelnut - Whipping Cream Stabilizer - 250g

      A powder mixture from Irca company for preparing cold creams. Suitable for use in cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: LILLY hazelnut 200g + water or milk (10-15°C) 250g + whipping cream 1000g

      Instructions: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.

      Place the mixture in suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. It can also be used for making ice cream.
