      KARINA - Raspberry - 500g

      KARINA Raspberry is most commonly used for making creams and fillings, it can also be used for liquid fillings.

      KARINAS are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their creaminess. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared with vegetable whipped creams do not dry out.

      KARINAS are also suitable for use in vegetable creams in combination with dried gelatin. This not only gives the creams a full taste, but mainly ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and the creams do not stick to knives.

      KARINAS in variation with butter or fat you use for fat creams. They add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.

      Usage: Karina Raspberry 500g + water 250g

      Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then whip to the desired consistency. Before further processing, let it sit for about 15 minutes, stir again. Butter can be added.
