We ship our packages using the services of the courier company DPD Group and Zásilkovna, especially as registered mail.

For shipments to Slovakia, we use the courier services of DPD or Zásilkovna. It is possible to send a package cash on delivery in EUR.

For orders over 2000 CZK, you get premium FREE SHIPPING with DPD! Valid for orders from the Czech Republic.

How we ship packages, how to choose shipping.

For packages shipped by our store, we use the services of several carriers:

1. DPD Group

The courier whose delivery time can range from one to three days.

You can use the cash on delivery payment option and pay it non-cash with a payment card.

You can redirect the package delivered by DPD to your chosen DPD pick-up point at any time.

2. Zásilkovna

Zásilkovna has one of the largest networks of pick-up points in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and it is constantly growing.

How do we accept payments?

We offer three types of 100% secure payments.

1. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is a payment method where you pay when the courier from DPD delivers the package to you, or when you pick up the package at Zásilkovna.

2. Online card payment

100% secure payment using a credit card. At the end of the order, you will be redirected to the payment gateway where the payment will be processed, and we will then send you the package.

3. Bank transfer

Also a very fast payment method where you pay directly to our bank account, and the system will automatically assign the payment to your order, and we will send it to you.
