Store the whipped cream in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before whipping at a temperature of +5 to +10 °C.
Whip at a medium speed until reaching the desired stiffness.
After whipping, chill again for about 20 minutes before shaping or decorating.
Ideal for decorating cakes, making cream flowers, and as part of cream fillings.
Store in a cool and dark place.
Consume within 3–4 days after opening.
Not suitable for freezing in liquid state.
