Sheets: 1000 g of mix + 580 g of water. Whisk for 8 min at 3rd setting.
Cake / pound cake: 1000 g of mix + 500 g of water + 80 g of oil (optional). Whisk for 8 min, then 1 min at 2nd setting with added oil.
Buffers: 1000 g of mix + 450 g of water. Whisk for 8 min at 3rd setting.
Wheat flour, sugar, dried egg blend, emulsifiers: E472b, E477, dried egg white, corn starch, wheat starch, glucose syrup, dried skimmed milk, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, salt, flavor, citric acid (E330), thickener E415, coloring E160a.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25 °C. Close the packaging tightly after opening.
