Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C fan-forced).
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
Put the mix, water, eggs, and vegetable oil into a bowl according to the table on the package.
Whisk for 6-8 minutes until smooth batter.
Pour into a greased pan (fill ½-⅔ full) and bake according to the recommended time.
With 500 g of mix, you will make approximately 20 cupcakes (bake for about 20 minutes).
