Wundermuffin American Light Muffin - 1kg
Muffin and Fine Pastry Mix - original American base for moist muffins, bundt cakes, and pies.
- Dosage: 1kg muffin mix, 350g whole eggs, 300g oil, 250g water.
- Procedure: Precisely weigh all ingredients. Pour oil, eggs, and water into a bowl and sprinkle with the mix. Mix for 1 minute at 1st speed. Remove residues from the bowl walls and continue mixing. Mix for 5 minutes at medium speed. Add nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins if desired. Mix for an additional half a minute.
- Muffin: 180 - 200C - 25min.
- Composition: wheat flour, sugar, vegetable fat (palm and sunflower), modified starch, dextrose, dried egg whites, baking powder (E450, E500), defatted dried milk, moisture regulator: sorbitol, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, E472e, salt, flavor.
