    Professional complete mix for preparing fluffy sponge cake bases, layers, and buffs.

    Contains dried eggs and is ideal for both professional and home baking. Thanks to its easy preparation and versatile use, this mix is a great helper for making cake bases, rolls, or desserts.

    Instructions:

    Layers: 1000 g of mix + 580 g of water. Beat for 8 minutes on speed 3.

    Cake: 1000 g of mix + 500 g of water + 80 g of oil (optional). Beat for 8 minutes, then 1 minute on speed 2 with added oil.

    Buffs: 1000 g of mix + 450 g of water. Beat for 8 minutes on speed 3.

    Ingredients:

    Wheat flour, sugar, dried egg blend, emulsifiers: E472b, E477, dried egg white, corn starch, wheat starch, glucose syrup, dried skimmed milk, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, salt, flavor, citric acid (E330), thickener E415, color E160a.

    Storage:

    Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 25 °C. After opening, reseal the package tightly.
