Layers: 1000 g of mix + 580 g of water. Beat for 8 minutes on speed 3.
Cake: 1000 g of mix + 500 g of water + 80 g of oil (optional). Beat for 8 minutes, then 1 minute on speed 2 with added oil.
Buffs: 1000 g of mix + 450 g of water. Beat for 8 minutes on speed 3.
Wheat flour, sugar, dried egg blend, emulsifiers: E472b, E477, dried egg white, corn starch, wheat starch, glucose syrup, dried skimmed milk, raising agents: E450i, E500ii, salt, flavor, citric acid (E330), thickener E415, color E160a.
Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 25 °C. After opening, reseal the package tightly.
