Roll-out silicone mat for marzipan. Place the rolled out dough on the mat and smooth it out with a smoothing tool or a rolling pin, then transfer the rolled out dough onto the covered cake using the mat. After peeling off the mat, the pattern will remain and can be adjusted as needed.
