Plastic structural foil for creating a surface relief from chocolate (max.temperature 17 degrees - when the chocolate is still soft), marzipan, covering materials, pastries....
Size: 40cmx25cm
Application: Regularly spread the chocolate on the foil (it must not be hot but still soft). Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes, then the foil can be removed from the chocolate.
The foil can be repeatedly used. Wash with lukewarm tap water.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
