Caribe Latte is a fatty milk coating with a delicate taste, smooth texture, and high processability. Ideal for pouring over cakes, pastries, pralines, cookies, decorating, or making coatings and fillings. The discs dissolve easily without lumps and, with a low content of trans fatty acids (only 0.2%), meet strict quality requirements.

Quick and easy preparation thanks to the practical disc form
Dissolve the coating at a maximum temperature of 50 °C (ideally in a water bath or chocolate melting pot).
After melting, temper at 25–30 °C – work with the coating within this range.
Do not exceed the recommended temperature – higher temperature can damage the structure and cause lumping.
Let the coating dry at room temperature.
Sugar, hardened vegetable fats, skimmed milk powder (10%), cocoa powder with reduced fat content (4%), emulsifier (E322 – soy lecithin), aroma.
May contain traces of milk and nuts.
Store in a cool, dry place (max. 20 °C), away from sunlight.
Avoid exposure to moisture – it can affect the texture of the coating.
Do not exceed the recommended temperature for melting (max. 50 °C).
