
Usage: each coating melts at a max. temperature of 50°C. It should be tempered at 25-30°C - work with the coating at this temperature. Higher temperature during melting damages the coating's structure - causes lumping, etc. This coating also has a very low content of trans fatty acids, below the norm, i.e. 0.2%.
Ingredients: sugar, hydrogenated vegetable fat, cocoa powder with reduced fat content (14%), emulsifier (E122 soy lecithin), flavoring.
Allergens: may contain traces of milk and tree nuts.
