This easy-to-use mix allows you to prepare a smooth, creamy, and fluffy buttercream with excellent vanilla flavor – just add water and butter. Ideal for filling, covering cakes, or as a creamy topping on cupcakes.

Yield: enough for a 20cm cake or 12 cupcakes
Let the ingredients warm up to room temperature.
For one batch, mix 125 ml of water and 125 g of the mix, briefly whisk with a whisk.
Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile, beat 150 g of unsalted butter into a foam (about 5 minutes).
Gradually add the rested mixture to the butter, and whisk thoroughly each time.
Once all the mixture is added, whisk for another 10 minutes until smooth.
Tip: You can add flavor pastes or gel colors from FunCakes to the finished cream to create both flavor and colorful perfect cakes.
