FunCakes blueberry flavor paste contains 30% blueberry juice and pulp, ensuring a bold and natural taste. Great choice for cakes, cupcakes, creams, ice creams, and ganache.
Instructions:
Recommended dosage: 30g of paste for 500g of batter or filling.
Slightly increase dosage when baking above 200°C.
Ingredients:
Sugar, blueberry juice and pulp (30%), glucose syrup, hibiscus and carrot extract, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E440a, flavor.
May contain traces of: eggs, milk, and nuts.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place (15–20°C), away from direct sunlight.
