Ready baking mix - Red Velvet

Very popular Red Velvet sponge cake now in your kitchen. With the ready mix, you don't have to worry about anything. The ready mix can be used for making cakes, muffins, rolls, or other pastry products. The cakes made from this batter are juicy, with a compact and smooth surface.

Instructions:

Cake base: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 650g water, 180g oil.

Velvet sheets: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 535g water, 180g oil, 160g eggs.

Velvet cookies: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 40g water, 360g butter, 200g chocolate chips, 100g sugar.

Combine all ingredients and let them swell for about 5 minutes. Then beat at the slowest speed for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C.

Tip: Fill and decorate the cake base or sheets made from Sandra VELVET with a special white cream made of quark, cheese (mascarpone), or cream.
