    Smartflex Velvet is the ideal covering icing for all pastry chefs and baking enthusiasts. This icing is designed to meet even the most demanding requirements for cake covering and figure modeling. Its snow-white color and fine texture give your desserts an elegant look.

    Ideal Usage:

    Covering cakes – creates a smooth surface without cracks

    Modeling decorations – bows, flowers, figures

    Coloring with gel or dust colors

    Tip: For modeling higher decorations, it is recommended to let the icing dry slightly or add a little sugar/starch.

    Composition:

    Sugar, Glucose syrup, Drinking water, Vegetable fats (coconut fat, hydrogenated palm kernel oil), Starch (edible potato starch), Thickener: xanthan gum, Flavour, Preservative: potassium sorbate, Acidity regulator: citric acid

    Instructions for Use:

    Allow the icing to reach room temperature.

    Cut the desired amount and work it until pliable.

    If too stiff, heat in a microwave for 5–10 seconds.

    Roll out on a sheet to about 4 mm and slightly larger than the diameter of the cake + height.

    Transfer to the cake (by hand, rolling pin, or using a silicone mat).

    Smooth with a cake smoother, trim excess.

    Storage:

    After opening, store in a plastic bag and a closed container to prevent the icing from drying out and hardening.

    Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
