Concentrated gel food coloring.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called into the modeling paste. Start with a small amount and add until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dose: 0.07g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E110 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
