Concentrated gel food colorant.

Weight of packaging 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add gradually until the desired shade is achieved. Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dose: 0.10 g / 100 g.

Composition: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E102, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102 and E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.

Note: For coloring confectionery products, the established maximum amount of colorant is 200 mg/kg of colored material for edible decorations on confectionery products. For the use of colorants in combination, the overall highest permitted value of colorants is set at 500 mg/kg and applies to the total amount of colorants used.

The statement that the colors are intended for decorative purposes only is included because, due to EU legislation, it is not possible to use the hygiene certifications valid in the USA in the EU territory.
Wilton colors can be safely used for coloring foods intended for consumption.
