Concentrated gel food color by Wilton
for water-based foods
Highly concentrated Wilton Icing Color gel food color is ideal for coloring frosting, fondant, marzipan, modelling pastes, icings, batters, and cookie mixes. Due to its intense black color, only a small amount is needed to achieve a rich shade. Wilton colors can also be mixed together to create custom color combinations.

Use a toothpick to take a small amount of color from the pot. Always use a clean toothpick if adding color repeatedly. Apply the color to the substance and knead thoroughly for even coloring. For a marbled effect, knead only partially. Keep the color in the center of the substance to avoid staining your hands. Any leftover color can be washed off with warm water and soap.
Not suitable for coloring chocolate
