Tip: For modeling taller decorations, we recommend letting the paste dry slightly or adding a bit of sugar/cornstarch.

Allow the paste to reach room temperature.
Cut the desired amount and work it until pliable.
If too stiff, heat in the microwave for 5-10 seconds.
Roll out on a surface to about 4 mm and the size slightly larger than the cake diameter + height.
Transfer onto the cake (by hand, rolling pin, or using a silicone mat).
Smooth with a cake smoother, trim the excess.
After opening, store in a plastic bag and sealed container to prevent the paste from drying out and hardening.
