Baker Whisk is a UHT-treated, sweetened preparation based on vegetable fat and can be used for whipping or in combination with diary cream and creams. Whipped Creeline can be frozen.
Use: As required. To achieve optimal whipping results, it is recommended to cool the product to a temperature of + 6 ° C to + 8 ° C before use, whipping for 2-4 minutes until the desired consistency is formed. After whipping, store in a cool place.
