Food Gel Colour

Concentrated gel colour can be used to color marzipan and fondant or creams, achieving beautiful natural colors. The star on the picture is made of fondant and the seashell is made of marzipan. Apply the color in small doses and work it in until the desired shade is achieved.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, E551 propylene glycol, food dye E104 (AZO), E133.

Dye E104 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
