Simple application - can be used without heating
Quick processing without risking loss of shine
Professional result for modern pastry desserts
Option 1 - heating:
Take the desired amount of glaze.
Heat in the microwave or in a water bath to 45–50 °C.
Stir briefly - be careful not to incorporate air.
Place the dessert on a grid or base and pour the glaze.
Spread gently with a spatula and lightly shake the product for even spreading.
Option 2 - without heating:
Take a small amount of glaze.
Use a spatula to work it into the desired consistency.
Apply immediately to a cold product.
Store in a cool, dry place (ideally up to 20 °C).
Once opened, seal well and consume within a reasonable time.
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, passion fruit purée (15%), thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341iii), preservative (E202), acidity regulator (E331), antioxidant (E300), colorants (E100, paprika extract), aroma.
May contain traces of milk.
Do not overheat above 50 °C - may result in loss of texture and shine.
Not suitable for people allergic to milk - may contain traces.
Apply to well-chilled desserts, ideally at a temperature of 4–8 °C.
