      BWB Chocolate Mold - Diamond bonbon

      Special silicone mold (3 parts), ideal for making chocolates with much greater practicality and precision.

      The mold has a "mark" indicating the required amount of chocolate. It provides a uniform shell and a perfect surface always at the same weight.

      Procedure:

      • Fill the cavities of the base mold with melted chocolate or icing up to the filling line. Tap the mold on a work surface several times to remove air bubbles that may still be in the chocolate.
      • Gently place the silicone inserts on the melted chocolate in each cavity. (Do not press on them yet).
      • Place the top plastic part over and into the silicone insert(s) and base mold so that they fit together like a puzzle piece. Gently press down to fill the cavity shape with chocolate.
      • Turn the mold over (flat side down) and place it in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
      • Remove the chocolate from the refrigerator.
      • Turn the mold back and gently remove the top part and silicone inserts.
      • Your chocolates are now ready to be filled and assembled with melted chocolate (if 3D) or remove them completely and use them as they are.

      The molds are not suitable for the dishwasher. Rinse with warm water before and after use.
