This paste is a perfect choice for flavoring buttercreams, bavarois, whipped creams, ice creams, ganache, and various fillings. It is also suitable for cake and cupcake batter - and even for baking at higher temperatures.

With a high fruit content (30% watermelon), it has an intense flavor and a smooth texture. The practical packaging weighing 120g is sufficient for several sweet projects.

Instructions for use:

Recommended dosage: 30g of flavor paste for 500g of dough or filling.

When baking above 200°C, we recommend slightly increasing the dosage due to possible reduction in taste intensity.

Ingredients:

Sugar, watermelon (30%), glucose syrup, water, aroma, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300, colorants: E100, E160a.

May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Optimal temperature: 15–20°C. Consume within a reasonable time after opening.
