Knead the fondant thoroughly by hand before use until it softens and becomes pliable.
For covering a cake with a diameter of approx. 24-26 cm and a height of 7 cm, we recommend using about 500g of fondant.
When modeling, we recommend mixing with a confectioner's medium (e.g. tylose powder or CMC) for better shape stability.
