Apply the colour with a cocktail stick and work it in, repeating until the desired shade is achieved..
Directions: Colour in small amounts by dabbing the paste with a clean cocktail stick or something similar, then knead well until the marzipan/fondant is fully coloured. For a deeper shade, add more gel colour.
With sparing use, you can achieve the finest pastel colours, while adding more will give you vibrant colours without altering the consistency of the product you are working with.
Ingredients: oil (sunflower), colours: E104, E155, thickener: E551, humectant: E1520.
E104: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
