Do you want to give your sweet creations an elegant shimmering look and luxurious finish? With the edible glossy spray PME in a large 400 ml package, you can transform every dessert into a dazzling masterpiece. Ideal for decorating cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolates, and fruit pieces.

Simply shake well and spray fine layers of the spray from a distance of 15–20 cm until you achieve the desired shine. By layering gradually, you can achieve an intense and even effect. The result is not only beautiful, but also completely edible and safe for consumption.

The glossy spray is free from titanium dioxide (E171) and AZO dyes.

We recommend using in combination with the PME Spray Gun adapter, which facilitates even application on larger surfaces.

Instructions for use:

Shake well before use.

Spray evenly from a distance of 15–20 cm.

Apply in layers for a more intense shine.

Allow to dry and repeat the process if necessary.

Suitable for fondant, chocolate, fruit, buttercream, marzipan, modeling paste, etc.

Ingredients:

Propellants (E943a, E943b, E944), Ethanol, Flavors, Colorants (E172)

Without E171 and AZO dyes.
