Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed texture. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but should be used only on a dry surface, such as marzipan or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menu cards. Do not use on colored fondant as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked with bread, rolls, or pastries in the last third of baking.
