Meringue Sheets A4 baking paper for meringue

Meringue Sheets / Sugar Stamp is a special baking paper on which you spray meringue, bake and the image printed on this paper is mirror-imaged onto your meringue.

Our Sugar Stamp allows you to transfer your motif onto meringue, lollipops and candies. The foil can be coated with isomalt.

The plastic of the carrier foil is food safe and can be heated at temperatures below 90°C. The isomalt should be cooled to approximately 120°C before applying to the foil.

The customer supplies the image for printing in the appropriate and desired quality, we do not edit the images. If you want to edit, you must order this service separately.

Ingredients: Water, humectants E1520, E422; dyes E133, E122, E102, E151, E110. May affect the activity and attention of children.

Sheet composition: Thickener E1422, sugar, water, maltodextrin, potato starch, stabilizer E414, humectant E422, emulsifier E435
