How much do you need to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant. Fondant is also very suitable for decorations.

Usage for decorations: Add one full teaspoon of Tylose powder (product 1098) to 250g of fondant and a little water. Knead well before use and roll out on icing sugar to a thin sheet for molding flowers or figurines.
