Wafer Paper is an edible paper made from starch. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but can only be used on a dry surface, such as almond paste or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menu cards. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly transparent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the final third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastries.
