Structure Film "Petit Matelassé" 40 x 25cm

Plastic structural film for creating surface relief from chocolate (max. temperature 17 degrees - when the chocolate is still soft), marzipan, fondants, pastries....

Dimensions: 40cmx25cm
Usage: Spread the chocolate regularly on the film (it must be not hot but still soft). Store in the refrigerator for a min. of 20 minutes, then it is possible to remove the film from the chocolate.

The film can be reused. Wash with lukewarm tap water.

Do not wash in the dishwasher.
