Ingredients:
Dough: 160 g ground biscuits, 60 g butter, 2-3 tablespoons milk, 100 g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 70 g ground hazelnuts, rum
Cream: 50 g butter, 50 g powdered sugar, 1 egg yolk, rum
Round biscuits
Instructions:
Mix biscuits, softened butter, sugar, cocoa, nuts, milk, and rum to form a sticky dough. / Instead of milk, you can add more rum / and work it into a smooth dough.
Mix the ingredients for the filling to make a smooth cream.
Form a small ball from the dough, press it into the candle-shaped cookie cutter, fill the center with cream. Then attach the whole thing onto a biscuit.
