Yogurt topping in stones with a strawberry flavor with a reduced content of trans fatty acids

Use: dissolve the required amount at max. 45°C (if the frosting is heated more, it will start to clump). Then cool to approx. 30°C, and the icing is thus ready for use. If the frosting is too stiff, it can be thinned with 100% shortening.
