Farcitella Pistachio is a spreadable cream with 20% pistachio paste!

It allows you to add a delicate filling to croissants and other baked goods with a delicious pistachio flavor and a velvety feel.

This baking cream easily withstands temperatures up to 180°C and is ideal for filling and baking danishes, tartlets, rolls, scones and much more. After cooking, it remains homogeneous and soft without hardening or drying out.

The application is simple: warm the cream slightly before injecting.

The filling can also be used to glaze pastries and desserts. When heated to 40°C and applied to baked goods, it hardens quickly, but maintains a fine, homogeneous consistency and an excellent mouthfeel.

Farcitella owes its excellent taste and consistency to a special composition based on pistachio paste and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats.

Ingredients: SUGAR, VEGETABLE OILS (sunflower oil, coconut oil, palm oil), PISTACHIO (20%), SKIMMED MILK, COCOA BUTTER, MALTODEXTRINE, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma.
