Thanks to its special composition and preparation with whipped cream, the cake is wonderfully moist, fluffy, and perfectly fresh. You can prepare it easily within a few minutes - just add a few common ingredients, and you have a dessert that tastes like it's from a pastry chef.
An ideal choice for family celebrations, weekend baking, gatherings with friends, or simply when you want to sweeten your day. From one package, you can create up to 12 servings of delicious cake.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection 140°C).
Pour 300 ml of whipping cream (min. 30% fat) into a bowl and add the contents of the bag.
Whip the mixture with an electric mixer at medium speed for 3-4 minutes until a light and fluffy batter forms.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan (approx. 24 cm in diameter).
Bake for about 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
After baking, let the cake cool and decorate according to your taste - ideally with lemon icing, whipped cream, or fruit.
