Decor Gel on edible paper 90g

Special food gel on edible paper.

Designed to highlight the colors and to achieve a realistic appearance images / pictures of edible paper. It also serves to protect the image before rozmočením and to attach an image on the cake. Can be dyed.

Using Figure Brush the bottom side and glue on the cake. Then smear the image from the upper side. Apply with a knife or spatula.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, water, sugar, pectin gelling agent, acidity regulator citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate.
