Procedure: whisking time is about 4 minutes fast, baking temperature is about 150 ° C, baking time 22 - 25 minutes (we recommend shorter baking time about 18 minutes, according to experience with own oven). All ingredients are whisked at high speed. Spray the material with a smooth tube for baking paper in the required size macaroon. Bake on a pastry plate and after cooling join together with cream or filling.

Tip for color variants: When using gel color, the basic recipe does not change, but if we use liquid food color to color the mass, the amount is subtracted from the dose of water. For dark macaroons - cocoa or core - it is best to add cocoa powder. For the production of cocoa macaroons, add 50 g of cocoa powder and 20 g of drinking water to the matrix. For the production of kernels, add 20 g of cocoa powder and 10 g of water to the basic formula.
