Infuse your sweet creations with the invigorating taste of cola using FunCakes flavoring paste. This paste is a perfect choice for enhancing buttercreams, bavarois, whipped creams, ice creams, ganache, and various fillings. It is also suitable for cake and cupcake batters, and even for baking at higher temperatures.

The paste has an intense flavor inspired by classic cola, which is particularly surprising for children's birthday cakes or themed treats. When baking above 200°C, we recommend slightly increasing the dosage to maintain the strength of the aroma.

Instructions for use:

Recommended dosage: 30g of flavoring paste for 500g of batter or filling.

When baking above 200°C, it is advisable to slightly increase the dosage due to potential flavor intensity reduction.

ice creams and cold desserts

chocolate ganache

Ingredients:

Sugar, glucose syrup, water, flavor, thickener: E440a, antioxidant: E300, coloring: E150d (caramel).

May contain traces of: eggs, milk, nuts.
