PASTA DAMA PWR is a ready-to-use, moldable sugar paste, featuring an extremely white colour, and thanks to its special formulation, it is perfectly suited for the creation of monumental and special event cake coverings and decorations.
PASTA DAMA PWR distinguishes itself from Pasta Dama Top and Princess Paste for its softer consistency which makes it ready-to-use and, consequently, particularly suitable for cake coverings and the creation of tableaux.
PASTA DAMA PWR tollerates variations in temperature with a good resistance to humidity without cracking; the high elesticity of the product allows it to be rolled out very thin with a rolling pin or a sheeter.
PASTA DAMA PWR has an excellent white chocolate flavour and it may be coloured as a mass or on the surface with an airbrush, using water soluble food colourings.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, starch, water, softening the addition of E422, thickener E415, aroma, coloring E171, E200 Sorbic acid.
