Stiffener for vegetable whipped cream. With quark flavor

A mixture for stabilizing and flavoring light cream creams for modern confectionery products.
Usage: 100g Zeesan + 200g water + 200g whipped cream
Procedure: Mix Zeesan with water and add whipped cream. Leave in the fridge to leave a min. 1 hour
Weight:  500g
Ingredients: sugar, dried curd, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, E330 acid, flavor, salt. May contain traces of gluten.
