A mixture for stabilizing and flavoring light cream creams for modern confectionery products.
Usage: 100g Zeesanu + 125g water + 500g whipped cream
Procedure: Mix Zeesan with water and add whipped cream. Leave in the fridge to leave a min. 1 hour
Weight: 250g - packed in a zipper bag
Ingredients: sugar, dried banana, gelatin, modified starch, E1414, E330 acid, banana flavor, salt, dye E160a, thickener E412. May contain traces of gluten.
