Mirror high-gloss glaze - cherry - Amarena - 250g

Cherry icing for high-gloss watering. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Use: Take the required amount of Mirror and heat in a microwave oven or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50'C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products to be coated on a suitable surface and apply Mirror with a spatula. Shake the coated product lightly. Mirror can be used without heating. We briefly process the required amount with a spatula and then coat the product. Mirror coated products retain their shine even at -20'C.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, cherries 3%, thickener: pectin E 440ii, modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid E 330, black carrot extract, colorant: cochineal E120, aroma, preservative: potassium sorbate E202. The product may contain traces of milk.
