    The loose mixture is mixed with cold water, left to stand and then baked in a microwave oven. A healthy cake is ready in about 6 minutes. It tastes best still warm, but you can prepare it in advance for a trip, to school or to work. Oatmeal has a high fiber content, contains beta-glucans, which lower blood cholesterol levels. It is gluten-free and without palm oil.

    Ingredients: Gluten-free oatmeal 50%, sugar, ground flax, dried EGGS, olive oil, corn starch, raising agents (potassium hydrogen tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), gingerbread spices 1.6%, vegetable fiber, dried orange 0.5%, sea ​​salt, caramelized sugar, thickener (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), natural aroma. May contain traces of soy, nuts and sesame. Maximum gluten content 20 mg / kg.
